Biography

“Erica Wollam is the firm’s office manager. She oversees billing and the firm’s day-to-day administration, and she is every client’s point of contact for billing questions. Clients appreciate her prompt responses, clear explanations, and the steady, organized presence she brings to the office, so whether you have a question about an invoice or need help scheduling, Erica is happy to help.

Erica grew up in Peru, Indiana. Thoughtful and organized from a young age, she realized that if she attended Indiana University Bloomington, she would meet far too many smart and interesting people. So she matriculated at Purdue University instead, where she received a Bachelor of Arts. Erica has helped clients at Zachary D. Smith, LLC since its inception in 2015.

Outside the office, Erica is an avid runner who loves spending time with her husband, Ashley, and their daughter, Willow. If she has a spare moment, you’ll find her in the basement, where she maintains the world’s most comprehensive privately held collection of tiny teacups.”
