Job Description:
Zachary D. Smith, LLC is a family law and probate litigation law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio seeking a family law attorney. We are a litigation and alternative dispute resolution boutique law firm focused complex family law and probate matters. Those afraid of a challenge needn’t apply. We practice in both Ohio and Kentucky. We currently have a full-time, entry level or above, Associate Attorney position available in our East Walnut Hills office. This office has a great location and free parking.

Our firm offers a combination of high autonomy and accountability. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have family law experience in Ohio or Kentucky and have solid skills in research, writing, litigation and motion practice, as well as out of court negotiations and settlement.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Acrobat; Zoom
- Willingness to learn and use case management software (Clio)
- Willingness to learn and use legal research tools (Westlaw)
- Outstanding technical, organizational, research, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to practice family law.
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- Professional, team player, not afraid to learn, does not believe that any job is too big or too small, optimistic, takes initiative, loyal and fun
